A loan provided to member who has gold jewelry items of at least 14K specification. In providing this loan, the following must be followed:

A. Only gold jewelry/item of at least 14K will be accepted for pawn

B. The pledge items will be kept in a safe vault and can be displayed only if scheduled for auction or sale.

C. There will be authorized appraising staff who is also liable to refund the deficit amount in case of over/fake appraisal- include in collateralized loan.

D. The appraising staff shall receive an incentives equivalent to 1% of the loan amount to be provided every end of the month.

E. The loanable amount is strictly based on the table guide duly provided but no individual loan to exceed P 100,000.00.
