Completed the prescribed Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
At least thirty (30) shares or three thousand (P3,000.00) paid-up Share Capital and savings deposit of at least three hundred (Php 300.00)
A regular savings deposit of at least ten Pesos (Php 10.00) a month and thirty pesos (Php 30.00) in a quarter
Not been delinquent in paying loans equivalent to three (3) amortization or not delinquent by maturity of more than 30 days on the last 12 months
Attended at least one (1) ownership and/or district assembly of the previous year.
